Why use TCCC?

TCCC recognises the right for children to have a relationship with both of their parents and the importance this has on their general wellbeing.

TCCC offers a short term solution when their are difficulties with contact arrangements.

All referrals are regularly reviewed and families are supported and encouraged in order to progress to making their own contact arrangements.

Referrals are made to the Centre by Courts, Solicitors, CAFCASS, CYPS, Women's Aid, Family Mediation etc.

Parents who are not in a postion to access a professional in order to make a referral, are now able to Self Refer.

TCCC is a registered Charity which is operated by trained volunteers, and offers this service free of charge.

TCCC operates a strict Confidentiality Policy relating to both adults and children attending the Centre.
However, the Centre also believes that the welfare of the child is paramount, and recognises that Child Abuse occurs in all religions, cultures and social classes. Therefore, confidentiality issues will be overridden by the need to act for the welfare of the child.
