What is TCCC?

The Tarka Child Contact Centre offers a safe, friendly and neutral place where children of separated families can spend time with the absentee parents, and sometimes other family members, when there is no other viable option. The Centre is easily accessible, in pleasant surroundings, with safe play facilities and friendly staff.

Where is TCCC?

The Tarka Child Contact Centre is holds the contact sessions at the Torridge Children's Centre, Victoria Park, Kingsley Road, Bideford. EX39 2QQ.
The Centre provides excellent facilities and toys for children from birth to 16 years. These include an outside play area with sandpit, water play, ride on toys, and balls, and indoor playrooms offering a home corner, book corner, baby area, soft play, indoor ball pool, and a well-stocked toy cupboard providing additional toys for imaginative play. Additional games and toys are also provided, which are appropriate for older children.

When is TCCC open?

The Tarka Child Contact Centre opens on the 2nd and 4th weekends of each month as follows:

Saturdays - 1.30pm until 3.30pm
Sundays - 10am until noon
